Ingredients

  • Sticky white rice
  • Beef patty (85% lean 15% fat)
  • Egg
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • Siracha, Kewpie Mayo, or your condiment(s) of choice

Instructions

  • Season the hell outta that patty
  • Cook it on the stove, medium to high heat
  • Once one side is done, start heating up the sticky rice (we typically just use microwavable ones)
  • Place patty on rice mound
  • Cook egg, over-easy or over-medium, whatever you want
  • Place egg on top
  • Add your condiments
  • Enjoy, and get ready for the itis
