Ingredients
- Sticky white rice
- Beef patty (85% lean 15% fat)
- Egg
- Seasoning of your choice
- Siracha, Kewpie Mayo, or your condiment(s) of choice
Instructions
- Season the hell outta that patty
- Cook it on the stove, medium to high heat
- Once one side is done, start heating up the sticky rice (we typically just use microwavable ones)
- Place patty on rice mound
- Cook egg, over-easy or over-medium, whatever you want
- Place egg on top
- Add your condiments
- Enjoy, and get ready for the itis
